Martin Institute Cultura Fellowship
Vision
Good societies require good people. The Martin Institute Cultura Fellowship is built around the Christian spiritual formation paradigm, which we see as a key pathway toward the development of coherent character in a way that ripples outward into society. Our aims are to:
- Develop a powerful community among emerging leaders around the principles of formation.
- Help well-formed individuals get planted directly in the center of their vocations.
- Deliver on the 鈥渁nd Culture鈥 element of the Martin Institute's mission鈥攖he development of publicly accessible knowledge regarding formation.
Mission
The Cultura Fellowship is a diverse community of next generation leaders who share a deep commitment to the integration of Christ-centered formation and public life. Our fellows are spiritually formed and culturally informed.
In theory and in practice, the fellowship aims to reimagine the perceived separation between public and private life while remaining broadly engaged with culture.
Fellows seek to balance the four interpersonal domains of interior life, friendship, vocation, and public life.
The Martin Institute provides fellows with the spiritual nourishment, friendship, mentorship, resources, and opportunities to flourish personally and vocationally.
