The AI Developer Team
David Oyebade is a rising junior and is majoring in data analytics. He has a strong work ethic and brings experience with regression models and statistical analysis to the team. He is on the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº track and field team and enjoys playing soccer and hiking in his free time.
Curtis Barnhart is a rising senior pursing a double major in mathematics and computer science. He has experience with Python, Java, and C++, as well as Unix and Linux. He's also familiar with the algorithmic and mathematical facets of machine learning, and he loves trying to solve a good problem where the answer isn't known. For fun, Curtis likes to play the piano and go hiking.
Connor Rogstad is a rising junior double majoring in computer science and data analytics. His skills include strategy, leadership, coordination/communication, analytical thinking, programming, Python, and information retrieval. In his free time, Connor enjoys going to the beach, hanging out with friends, board games, and sports such as basketball, volleyball, and spikeball.
Ella McMillan is a rising sophomore majoring in computer science. Her skills include programming, including programming languages such as Python and Java, problem solving, and communication. Ella enjoys outdoor adventures, going to the beach, hikes, bike rides, spending time with friends, traveling, and playing games.
Ryan Magnuson is a rising sophomore double majoring in computer science and philosophy. A fast learner, he has experience with Python, Java, and R. He enjoys building computers, ping pong, badminton, and board games.
Nice Teta Hirwa is a rising sophomore double majoring in computer science and data analytics. Her skills include a willingness to learn, problem solving, and critical thinking. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, talking to people, and watching funny videos.

Brycyn Gossett graduated in 2024 after majoring in computer science. Brycyn brings his determination, curiosity to learn, and a background in web development to CATLab. He enjoys walking his dog, basketball, hanging out with friends, and anything outdoors.
Livingstone Rwagatare is a rising junior majoring in computer science and data analytics. He has a strong foundation in Python, Java, C++, and database design. Additionally, his experience as an Academic Technology Technician has refined his technical support and problem-solving abilities, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. For fun, Livingstone enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, reading, watching YouTube, and having in-depth discussions with others.
Eli Tiao is a rising senior double majoring in computer science and data analytics. Eli's skills include software development, extensive creative experience, and a sense of humor. Eli also does freelance photo and video work as well as 5v5 team-building exercises.
Elise Reynolds is a rising junior majoring in data analytics. She brings to CATLab knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and R, as well as data analysis and visualization. She is committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and data science. In her free time, Elise enjoys reading, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and playing sports, especially soccer and pickleball.
Micah Howard is a rising senior majoring in computer science and music. His skills include creativity, communication, and previous experience with CATLab. In his free time, Micah enjoys singing opera, reading old books, and climbing.
The Analyst Team
Garrett Buchanan is a rising senior majoring in data analytics as well as economics and business. As an analyst, he brings a unique blend of technical proficiency and interpersonal skills that enables him to contribute effectively to the CATLab team and projects. For fun, Garrett surfs, works out, and plays Wii Golf.
Genna Eberhard is a rising junior majoring in music and writing. She loves thoughtfully organizing data with the individual in mind. Her experience with Salesforce and data clean-up in addition to her artistic background helps her to thoroughly engage with the information she works with and relate it to the larger picture. Some of her hobbies include finding new music, songwriting, reading, watercolor, and driving around Santa Barbara.
Narindra Rafidimalala is a rising senior majoring in economics and business. His skills include organization and Salesforce administration. In addition to participating in track and field at ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº, Narindra works out, reads self-development books, and watches anime in his free time.
The Creative Team
Rosario Montane is a rising senior and is majoring in music performance and communication studies. Her skills include writing, event planning, and marketing. She loves playing violin and piano, recording and producing music, drawing, and reading.
Christine Venzor graduated in 2024 with a double major in liberal studies and music. She is skilled in photography, creative work, and detailed organization. In her free time, she enjoys music, rock climbing, and watching the sunset.
The Staff Support
A ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº alumnus (‘08) and the Director of CRM and Data Services, Zak Landrum is the Center for Applied Technology's founding director. His primary role at ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº is to empower the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº Salesforce team to create digital business solutions for ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº. Through the CATLab, he has made a practice of inviting students into the work of digital transformation, and he derives great joy from partnering with students to leave ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº better than the year before. When not at work, he spends time with his family on the beach, reads sci-fi novels from the public library, and cooks with whatever ingredients he can find in the pantry.
Charles Ryu is a passionate programmer from North Korea. Charles escaped North Korea twice in all in his teen years, resettled in America when he was seventeen, and now works at ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº College as a Mobile, Web-application, and CMS Developer. Charles has a big heart for refugees and wants to create a coding boot camp for refugees alongside CATLab.
As a Salesforce Administrator for the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº Office of Admissions, Adae Rehmke strives to provide a great experience for fellow users. Collaborating with the CATLab team to create a completely customized interface for admissions is a fun and edifying experience for her. She relishes in seeing the team’s outstanding innovation and hard work come to fruition. Outside of work, Adae enjoys cultivating an edible permaculture landscape around her home, but she especially loves spending time will her family on outdoor adventures or playing games.
Mike, an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº, works to support and empower all CATLab staff and students be able to do their best work while having fun. He brings his software engineering and technical management skills to ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº from Silicon Valley. Mike loves technology, aviation, and music. He's part of a simulated US Navy Air Wing that meet to learn and virtual fly in high-fidelity flight simulators. He also enjoys singing, playing drums, and producing and publishing his own music and video content.
Caylie Cox graduated from ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº in 2021 with a degree in English. She’s now studying for her Ph.D. in rhetoric and composition at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, but she still works part-time as ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºâ€™s I.T. Web and Marketing Specialist. Caylie manages the myËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº portal, CATLab website, and any I.T. communication needs. She loves correct grammar, her two fluffy cats, and the social/personal side of technology. She collaborates with CATLab staff and students to ensure ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºâ€™s technological solutions are welcoming, engaging, and beautiful.
Neil Di Maggio is Director of Research and Prospect Management in the Office of College Advancement at ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº. Although he also loves dogs, he is happy to be working at CATLab for his second summer. Together with the Data Analyst team, he is working to make sure Salesforce data is actionable and accurate according to the college’s business processes.
As the new Marketing Cloud Administrator for ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº College, Abigail Stadtlander strives to create clear and effective communication which also utilizes her graphic design skills. As the Creative Team Lead for CATLab, she combines her love for art, photography, and working collaboratively with others. Outside of work, Abigail is a marathoner, runner, yogi, weightlifter, and hiker. She is passionate about art and loves to paint and photograph the world around her.
